At Momentum Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch in its original premium packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
